3. HOW IT WORKS
We will begin by discussing your goals and expectations for the practice. I will provide an overview of the program and answer any questions you may have.
We'll focus not only on your past experiences but also on your unique needs, preferences, and circumstances. Together, we'll customize the program to fit your goals, current fitness level, and the time you’re ready to commit.
We’ll start with a short, no-commitment Zoom call to make sure our expectations align.
A $50 non-refundable deposit secures our initial meeting and will be deducted from your program cost if you decide to continue.
1. WHAT TO EXPECT?
You can expect to receive a comprehensive locomotion program that includes ground-based movements, soft acrobatics, floor work, movement combinations, and exploratory tasks.
Beyond locomotion, we'll focus on building your physical strength, preparation, and injury prevention. While I am meticulous about execution, my goal isn’t to have you move exactly like me; instead, I want to guide you and equip you with the tools to discover or shape your unique practice.
